Have you carefully checked and inspected your device? If a fault cannot be determined and a warranty case cannot be established, we will charge a minimum handling of 105.— CHF.

Please note that we only provide warranty services for devices that have been purchased from Novis Electronics AG or Stilus SA as of 1 March 2023.

Devices that were not purchased from Novis Electronics or Stilus SA will be returned at a charge of CHF 35.- net.
